Food is good but service is slow. Be prepared to sit in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes before you get your food. Oh,... and if you don't have a chip on your card, be ready for the goofball at the window to act like they don't know what to do. Read more

....... Just drove through the parking lot to avoid traffic..... It has been a while since I ate at White castles.... The last... time I was at this location..... I stood in front of the counter for two or three minutes by myself.... No welcome to Whitecastles..... No we will be with you in a minute sir..... Nothing just stares!...... Only when I started walking to the exitdoor..... Did someone say can I help you?...... I haven't been back since that's a couple years ago!...... I do enjoy Whitecastles!...... And I would eat there again.... But.... For some reason White castles tastes a lot better when you've been outdrinking.... I still drink occasionally so you never know! Read more
There was only one man, his name was , he was the only who was busting his butt to make sure everything was running smoothly.... Everyone else seems pretty lazy and just not very nice or I guess you could say enthusiastic. He was the only one running insideand out of the store to make sure everything was okay. So good! I got the impossible slider and the veggie slider. I actually liked the veggie one more than the impossible slider.... They were out of the caramelized onions sadly. It was still very good. The fries were good too. The staff was busy, but itdidn’t take too long to get our food. Great, friendly service! Read more
There was a wait of about 15 minutes to order as there were 5 cars in front of me and a line indoors as well. I would have left... the drive thru line but there is only one lane. Once you pull into the lane to order, you're stuck there until the cars in frontof you leave. There is a border/wall that traps customers in place. Customer service was really good as the employees werefriendly and very patient. The food was also fresh which made up for the wait. It was so fresh, the warmth of my meal lasteduntil I got home about 11 minutes later. I ordered the 1921 slider meal - 2 sliders, a fry and drink. I will definitely bereturning to order it again. I never thought I would enjoy an increase to a burger as such, but, WOW! It is so WORTH the hypethat I have been hearing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone trying it. The burger is twice the size of a regular white castle. Itcomes with lettuce and tomato and is so good you can't just have one. It was totally worth the wait! Read more
When you see the crenellation it's hard to resist a drive thru. The menu choices have expanded since the last time I had... sliders. Order was correct though the wait was a little long. Food was fresh and hot and gone before I arrived at mydestination. Read more
Absolutely love this white castle! We are from out of town and it took going to 3 white castles to find this one again, after... going once 6 months ago. The workers are always so nice and Mrs Sonya took my order and was so sweet! This white castle hasyellow mustard as well! This staff is always so nice. You guys have a great day! Read more
