This McDonald's in Chaska is different. If they forgot something in your order, they will accuse you of taking the item out and... trying to get free food. (TIP: LOOK IN YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT.) If you realize your missing an item after youleave, then you call to let them know your - A. Never going to get to talk to anyone because they barely ever answer thephone. B. They will accuse you of trying to get free food. C. Tell you they made the order correctly and everything you orderedwas in the bag, and if your lucky, she (the mgr) will say "this is the only time we will remake your item" as if it wasn'tmissing from the bag. Refunds- If you ask for your money back, they will make you wait, wait for what?.... they will make youwait until your mad. If you look mad or irritated, if you try to get the attention of an employee behind the counter, if younaturally have a loud voice, or you raise your voice even slightly they (the manager is a Latino female) will refuse to refundyour money or just refuse to deal with you, because your "being loud" or not calm enough, or not being how ever they think youshould be when bringingan issueto their attention. Always good food, but my boyfriend went in there for 2 hot fudge Sundaes, and the manager didn't know how to make them, handled... it immature and angrily... My boyfriend even apologized for wanting them done right but at over $7 each he wants them right ...I only give one star because I ate those hot fudge Sundaes and enjoyed them knowing they were made with anger and spite... Whichmade them taste hotter with the fudge. I'll keep coming back for sundaes now FOREVER Read more

I was in the drive thru and the lady told me to hold on, 7 minutes later there is a line of 7 cars I am saying hello and no... response, I drive out and pull into the parking lot and see the manager on a smoke break. I am very dissatisfied with theservice, especially when there is only one lane open. Read more

We stopped here on the way home from something with our two small children, since we thought it would be a kid-friendly place to... stop. Unfortunately it wasn't. We arrived right about 8:00 pm and found that the "children's area" was closed and the door to itblocked with a garbage receptacle. The self-serve kiosk wasn't very convenient with small children in tow. Went to change mytoddler's diaper and there was no diaper changing station in women's or men's bathroom so had to take my child outside to changeher in our vehicle. They forgot our cups when our food came. We struggled to keep our toddler away from the ordering kioskswhile eating because we couldn't sit in the children's area. They didn't give us a toddler toy as requested and when I tried toexchange they said they were out. I told them I was also frustrated by the lack of changing station and an employee said therewas one in a bathroom located inside of the children's area. I said, "you mean the area that's closed?" He replied yes, but youcan go in there, I'm a manager so it's fine. To which I pointed out that the door was barricaded with a garbage bin, and I'dalready changed her in our vehicle. Read more
Norwood McDonalds is very good in the mornings but after the first shift not so great. And evenings are horrible. Don't even... want to talk about how many times I have gone through drive through and not had the right drinks or food. Read more
