Didn't notice I didn't get my cookies until I was all the way at home...it was 1 6" sandwich and 2 cookies and was $18. I was... the only person in the store I didn't think I needed to double check 2 items in the bag...and I even tipped...won't make thismistake again Read more

Really sick and tired of going here and while they are working on my sandwiches they start working on the person behind me and... reaching over my stuff to grab the veggies. Have you ever heard of finishing with the customer you are taking care of first.Worse off the girl purposely tried to charge me for a extra footlong. When I mentioned how rude it is working on the nextcustomers stuff before they finished with mine I'm told "it's how we are trained". Also, watch out as some of their young femalestaff likes to wear the gloves she used for making sandwiches to use the touch screen on the register and then go back to makingsandwiches without changing gloves. Good service, the place is clean. Seems like they go out of their way to put as little in the way of veggies on your sandwich... as possible. It looks like they are counting individual pickles, olives, etc. While adding them so no doubt its managementtrying to save money by shorting their customers. Read more

Most of the staff isn't trained very well when it comes to customer service or making sandwiches. Customer service is very poor... most of the time. Food can be hit and miss. Chances are it will be a miss though. Store is usually clean and we'll kept.Management clearly needs to be better at this location. Especially when it comes to training. Read more

The CSR that is there 2/2 times I?ve sent my husband to get my sandwich has come back with such terrible stories. She is rude,... loud about her personal feelings, and unprofessional. Saying things like ?oh I guess I don?t get to leave at 6? so customerscan hear you is 100% not okay. Arguing with co-workers while you are making someone?s sandwich is another example. She then wenton to roll her eyes when my husband (knowing full well it?s my request) asked for extra when she put on less than minimal of theveggis and sauce. Needless to say next time either of us go, it will be brought to her attention. Your customer service in theeyes of your customers will allow you to one day get a better job. I started at dominos, now I work for a huge company and makea decent wage. So I just hope someone reads this and tells her manager. She could be humbled by being let go. Read more

Usually 3 people on staff but only one that is actually working, my wife ordered a sandwich toasted, then it was ignored while... they took others ordered, ice cold by the time she got it. the sandwiches are sloppily put together, and the staff is notfriendly at all. Unfortunately this is the only option in town for a sub. The service has really deteriorated over the years. Read more

Friendly staff but they didn?t ask if my husband wanted a 6 or 12 inch sub so he ended up taking half of his foot long sub... home. Would have given a 3 out of 5 for that but... Extra points because I didn?t have to ask for extra spinach, usually I geta tiny sprinkling of leaves when I order spinach but they covered the whole sandwich the first time! Read more
