Smash burger has the best sandwiches on campus. But the service has been lagging with this grubhub system. I always have to open... my bag and make sure they gave me what I ordered. A month ago I ordered a Crispy Chicken with the works and all I got was achicken filet in a bun, no lettuce, tomato, nothing. Another time I asked for ketchup and didn't get any. Read more

This was my 2nd time at Smashburger. My build your own black bean burger was so delicious the 1st visit, I thought i'd try it... again. I ordered a build your own black bean burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mushroom, pepper jack cheese, bacon,avocado, and ranch dressing on a multi grain bun. I received a black bean burger on a multi grain bun, WITHOUT onion, pepperjack cheese, avocado and ranch dressing. I have a 30 minute lunch, so there isn't time to take it back and get one madecorrectly. Other that not getting what I ordered, the black bean burger did taste good. Read more
