If ordering over the phone, use two lines. One to wait 10 mins on hold (every time I call, every time of day) and another line... to remind staff that someone is still on hold. Plz stop putting the plastic dip cups under the heat lamps, you think you?resaving time, but you?re only making a mess. Hire some more people, ya?ll are a big company. This review is for a takeout order. The order was place online thru their website. I ordered the All- American Burger meal and... substituted the regular fries for Potato wedges. I also ordered the cheese curds as my first time having them and they weregood. Something different than your normal mozzarella sticks. My food was hot and made well with no problems. At this point im convinced that this place is going down hill. I went one night and they didnt have any staff. Everything was... running completely slow. Another night they closed early due to not having enough staff. I then ordered carryout last night andthey didnt even put enough sauce on my wings but ensured me that they always toss all their wings into sauce. Another containerhad the sauce sitting at the bottom of the try and my boneless wings barely had any sauce on them. Instead of managementacknowledging their mistake and correcting the issue he insisted on telling me that they dont do things that way and left it atthat. I definitely would not recommend eating here. This particular location is absolutely trash! I mean that with a passion! This isn't the first screw up, so this review is... totally warranted. This time around I ordered a Cobb salad with onion dressing (How does one mess up a salad, like come on). Irequested no tomatoes, no blue cheese crumbles, no bacon bits, no buffalo. I received lettuce and tomatoes! A bowl of freakinglettuce and tomatoes. I'm guessing they were out of chicken, eggs, onions and the onion dressing that's supposed to come on mysalad. I tried calling them 4x and each time the machine answers after however many rings and they hang up on me. I sent anemail explaining my disdain and yet I'm sitting here with my bowl of lettuce completely hangry. It's not even worth the driveback. Do yourself a favor and pick a different spot to eat! My quesadilla had just a smear of chicken, super thin, drinks didn?t arrive until the food arrived, server went missing for a... while so we got up to pay and realized she was eating. It?s understandable servers eat too but we had asked for boxes longbefore that and she should have checked up on us by then. And my daughter just ate her Mac n cheese with no fork since utensilswere not given. Not a good experience and not even a sorry for the wait when they handed us drinks at the time food arrived. If you don't mind the servers taking their time to seat and then, serve you, this is the spot for you. Me and my family went... here after a fun time at D&B. It was maybe 1 group in the restaurant that was seated. It still took the hostess close to 20 minsto seat us. It was only a party of 4. Once we were seated, the service was cool. We got our food after a lil while, and it wasgood. The rest of the experience was smooth. It was just a little weird for a national brand restaurant to be so short staffedand slow, especially on a Saturday afternoon. But, I'll just chalk it up to a less than stellar day. Worst experience ever I have on this location on Saturday 26 around 10:15 pm I was with a group of 10 a soon we walk in the... server said we have to wait for 40 mnts and only 2 table was with customer then i request to split the tables, them she saidwill be 20 mnts waiting but the people who go to the bar they go sitting them without waiting I ask her why the ppl who go tothe bar doesn?t need to wait and she respond me if I will like to seat on the bar and i was with 8 children ages between 4 and13 that was ridiculos there was a section complete close and a lot empty dirty table server and manager was more focus on peoplesitting on the bar section after 25 mnts finally we get sit , we have to wait more than 10 mnts to get our order for the drinksafter that we order the food took more than 20 mnts to get served the food was cool i will not come back for this location theymore focus for ppl seating on the bar that the regular customer, waitress was ok but they take too long to take order and serveyou the food Read more
