Great food, good people.

It was ok but didn't tell me I had to pay extra for peach lemonade after I purchased then tell me she forgot to charge it????

Love Charley's, but, not this location. I asked for a chicken cheessteak and a regular order of fries. They must've been halfway... listening. I got a cheesesteak and an order of cheese fries. I would give them a pass if they only did it once. Fhey havescrewed up my order on 3 seperate occassions. I honestly give them 2 stars, because, at least they are fast with it. Excellent sub, but the fries are cold and make me disappointed

Food is always hot and delicious, so much better than the Joppa Rd location. Employees in White Marsh are always courteous and... work hard to complete orders in a timely manner. I also love using the app to place my orders...quick and easy! Read more

Very polite and understanding. I?ve gone here many times and they have only messed up my order once. When they did, they were... happy to remake it and apologized about it profusely. Other then that, my order here is always good, fast, delicious, and madecorrectly. Read more

Charley's always is good. I wish they were more attentive when taking orders especially not going on auto pilot with the... toppings as sometimes it leads to having to remake a sub.
