The last time I came here for lunch was back in the summer of 2012, and just about every crew member was moving like clockwork.... My lunch was ready in less than 10 minutes. That was back then. Recently, I used McDonald?s mobile app to order 1 Large PremiumRoast Coffee and pick it up in person ten minutes later. It was late in the morning, and the restaurant was not packed withcustomers at all. And yet, my order was not ready for pick up. I had to wait around for nine more minutes before one of the crewmembers came out of the kitchen and handed me a cup of coffee. Worse, a gentleman with grey hair stopped by to order something,but since no one was standing behind the cashier?s counter, he waited for a few minutes and left in frustration. Oh, thoseself-service ordering kiosks?. 3 out of 4 of them were out of service. How about that?! And the men?s restroom? only cold waterwas running, the soap dispenser was working fine, but the sink needed cleaning work. Read more

Cannot get orders right. This has happened to me several times. Last time, Sunday, ordered Big Mac received double... cheeseburger even though I paid for Big Mac. The drive-thru attitude of their staff STINKS. Need to hire employees who careabout above average service instead of below average service. The manager needs to make sure her staff is serving the publicwith high quality. Read more

McDonald?s mobile app is really worth using. Having the ability to customize your order, item by item. The Quarter pounders... with cheese, onions,pickles, mustard and ketchup are so delicious when time is taken to prepare them to your taste! I don?tbelieve that there is one item on the menu that I haven?t tried. The fries are so deliciously prepared and seasoned to the mostpleasant taste ever. I?m in my 70s but I ?still? love the food they serve. It does taste HOMEMADE ! If you prefer it preparedin another fashion, all you need do is ask !!! McDonald?s employees work cohesively to Please their customers , and they havesuccessfully done so for many years ! I feed my whole family , even my dogs , everyone is full with whatever they order, it?sso tasty , and yes filling. The young lady who was cashing me out was just plain disrespectful!! Didn?t even greet me and had a big attitude when I pulled... out my phone for Apple Pay??????????? as a former employee who trained at this store, please do better and find friendlyemployees. Treated my daughter and granddaughter to something to eat at the Honeygo, MD/43 location. I was not satisfied when we found the... burgers were still raw in the center. I do realize and respect some enjoy their meat prepared that way. I do not!! The managerhowever, was completely apologetic and reimbursed everything back to me! Read more

This may be the worst run McDonald?s I?ve ever been too. There had to be 15 people waiting in line for their food, just about... ever order was given to customers wrong. All while the staff was messing up door dash orders. I think we waited 20 minutes forour food. I get these locations get busy but it?s McDonald?s. I?m thankful our food was correct and made well but I?ll startgoing to the Chick-fil-A down the street. Read more

All in all good location, clean and fast service. Food was freshly cooked...... HOWEVER we couldn't figure out who they expected... to use the 1st stall in the women's bathroom. WHY DOES THE DOOR TOUCH THE TOILET BOWL? WHO DESIGNED THAT BATHROOM BECAUSE I KNOWTHEY NO LONGER HAVE A JOB ?????????????????????????? Oh and why are the Golden Arches so low? Did a mobile order with carryout pickup a week ago. It took almost 20 mins for 2 happy meals. The employees mentioned that they... were keeping drive thru times down so they weren't working on the inside orders (when the manager/supervisor asked what wasgoing on). I also watched an employee lick their finger and the touch the food. Read more
