Cashier don?t understand English very well. I asked her for a group size tomato soup. The pen pad is saying $35. So I repeat... myself. ?One group size tomato soup. I know how much it cost. I Order the soup twice, or three times a week. Some times fourtimes or even more. It?s lunch at work. I always leave a two dollar tip. My total is normally $19 and some change. Including thetip. After saying to her the second time, ?I only want one soup. She still keeps saying okay. So I entered my phone number touse my member card. For the third time the pin pace still says $35. Dollars. The, I figure, the store manager comes over and tryto help. InConclusion both store managers act like they have an attitude with me. First of all I am paying my money, I earned.Secondly I don?t work for you. Thirdly, thanks for making this part of my day not as good as it could have been if I wentsomewhere else. Read more

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The picture of the sandwich looked fabulous with allot of the fried pickle chips on it. When... I got it the thing looked like a McDonald hamburger. Took the picture of it and my version of to the manager and got shruggedoff. Will never go to any panera bread again. This was the one near the avenue in White Marsh. Read more

I purchased a you pick two: the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was fresh and delicious but the Apple Fuji salad was all... leaves. They also forgot the gorgonzola cheese. When I called the store to let them know, Brian informed me that they could giveme a credit for the salad towards my next visit. When I told him I don?t live in the area and asked for a gift card or points onmy account so I could use in a mobile order at another location, he said they don?t do that. I normally enjoy Panera but thisvisit was handled poorly so I will not be going back to this location. Advice: engage in more customer centric solutions toavoid losing customers. These days loyalty comes from recommendations and although I?m just one person, if I decided not torecommend your location or others owned by this operator, there will be a significant change in service and profit. The combo soup and sandwich was quite tasty. We split the meal-soup and bread for him and sandwich for her. This is a good... option for two when you are not ravenous and just want something light. The atmosphere is marked lower due to all the boothsbeing taken mostly by young people playing with their electronic devices and not eating or by a single person who takes up anentire booth for four.
