$27 for a cheese filled crust pepperoni & pineapple seemed steep ( incredibly high but if a promo code/ coupon was used it would... have been cheaper). Plus it took over an hour....33 minutes after time it should have arrived . When we called about the order (press #2) it hangs up the call and talk to a representative ( press #5) nobody ever answers. But was hot & tasted good. Read more
I had ordered at around 6:30 got there at 6:40 and it wasnt done by then it was 7 pm

Ordered 2 large; 1 3topping, 1 with 2 toppings, bbq sauce base and stuffed crust. Everything was done on time and came out good... in my opinion. Pay attention to deals offered. Saved $12 looking at promos instead of just building my own. Read more
I called to place an order for delivery. After 6 phone calls and being told to wait on hold i was finally answered and no one... could take my order. I wound up being incredibly inconvenienced and drove out of my way to this location. Only for the staff tobe unprofessional and careless. The cashier was to busy listening to his ear pods to even answer the phone or help the othercustomers who walked in after i did. I waited another 10 minutes for my pizza, cheese bread, and chicken poppers to be madewhile standing in the store. Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is bc the manager finally took my order, had it made asap, and gaveme 50% off. He was the only one who cared. Read more
The pizza from last night. Having worked at this location for close to 10 years I don't think I ever saw a pizza this ugly leave... the store no cheese lock, center loaded so the toppings fell right off each slice. The crust made up about 50% of the surfacearea of the pizza. Yay! Read more
Pizza was fresh and tasty. And if you put it In the air fryer for about 5-6 minutes, it's even more tasty. ????
Worst pizza I've had. Ordered extra cheese and extra sauce. Literally received a pizza with NO sauce, but PAID for two toppings... (extra sauce and cheese). Papa John's policy is supposed to replace the pizza with the correct order but the local Papa John'sin Perry Hall / Nottingham did not do that. In fact they asked to take the pizza back and refund, instead of providing thecorrect Pizza. Read more
