I am not one to leave reviews at all, however, what I just experienced is completely unacceptable. I placed a mobile order in... the app, and it said my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrive and the store is closed. I understand there are staffingshortages and I am more than understanding. What I cannot understand is how you?re letting people?s transactions go through,taking money from their accounts and not giving them the product they paid for. Just state you?re closed so I can take myservice elsewhere. Corporate is being contacted. Read more

Leaving a good review because we use this Starbucks all the time. But today for red cup day my wife and I have a tradition of... doing together since college, we were met with some useless union picketers right at opening. I am sorry you all have to dealwith entitled children, just wish we could have gotten our red cups like our tradition has been. Read more

Fast, friendly service. Typical strip mall style Starbucks layout with a drive through. Plenty of seating for its size and lots... of outlets along the back wall. Read more

Sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes waiting for one drink. Went in to purchase. Still had to wait in line so decided to... go in a speak to management?s lindsay,( Saturday 11/5/22 3:00pm) she was rude dismissive and didnt apologize. I asked theassociate for a giftcard and she couldnt even give me one for my bad experience and long wait. They chose to do mobile orderbefore their drive through customers. Will not be returning to this location specifically because of the manager on duty today.Get it together. Read more

I had to bring in glass cleaner and paper towels from my vehicle to clean off the tables. There were no napkins - apparently... they don't have any - and employees seemed overwhelmed and unable to clean up the seating area. Read more

Seems like this location is consistently overwhelmed with the drive thru. I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up... and I waited over 15 minutes inside. There were few others that waited longer than me. Drinks were not made correctly andcustomers asked for refunds. It was a mess. Not a good start to the day. Read more

I went to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and a cookie. I had a drink cup completely full from yesterday that I purchased... that was horribly made but I couldn?t return it because of the local weather rain storms etc so I wasn?t turning around and itwas late. When I pulled up placed my order and attempted to get them to replace or remake this drink the representative turnedand spoke to a manager who first went to make the drink, than came back and said she couldn?t after seeing my race. I asked herfor the store manager name she said I am the store manager Meagan. I asked her for the Manager above her name and number sherefused his number or email and provided me Jackson. I asked do he have a full name she said I?m not giving you his name look itup. So I replied no problem I know what to do for people who don?t provide the proper customer service. I then asked her for mydrink I will pay for it and she stated no I?m not selling you a drink. She refused to sell me a drink because I didn?t accepther being rude because she wouldn?t remake my drink to begin with. When the rep went to one manager she started to make thedrink, Meagan stepped in looked at me saw my race and said no we don?t remake drinks. I told her I don?t go to Starbucks dailythe weather was bad and clearly the old drink is full but that wasn?t enough. To insult me further to refuse me from purchasinga drink is pure disrespect. I wasn?t yelling raising my voice but I definitely expect respect which I wasn?t given. It?s beenknown the racial issues with Starbucks this is just another example of a long standing issue with this company. Read more
