Stopped in early this morning to pick a burger up for my son for lunch. The bartender John who is on duty was absolutely amazing... real nice and friendly guy. Took good care of myself and some customers that came in while I waited. I didn't eat myself I justgot a Mr Beast Burger to go but they now cook in their kitchen. Wow what great Service! Since COVID many restaurants have terrible service and employees with terrible attitudes. I just had to... write this review . From the minute my husband and I walked to the door . We were greeted with a hello and a smile . Someone wascleaning the windows , menus. Michelle did a awesome job. The food was so fresh and good . My son & I arrived about 3pm(Happy Hour) Our server/bartender John was awesome. He greeted us w/a smile & seated us. Upon... ordering cocktails, we were properly carded & order taken. John gave suggestions on entrees & drinks which were excellentchoices. He appropriately checked back periodically to make sure our needs were being met. Just walked out of this place. I was hesitant to go there in the first place because of slow service in the past but thought I... would give it another chance. We sat at the table for over 20 minutes before anyone took our drink order. Another 20 minuteswent by and we still didn’t even have our drinks. There were like 5 other tables in the whole restaurant, so not at all busy.After waiting over 40 minutes with not so much as a glass of water my daughter and I walked out. I would have let someone in therestaurant know that we were leaving but there was not a hostess or waitperson in sight. When we first walked in we were greeted by a very unenthusiatic hostess that sat us at a table with a broken TV. Theres so much... dust that could easily be cleaned that wasn't. it's gross and nasty! The food was ok, what you'd expect from green turtle,decent bar food! The server we had was sweet but I had a question about one of the menu items and she said she was scared to askthe chef because he was busy being the only one and would probably yell at her! how unprofessional of him and unacceptable! Yourwaitress shouldn't fear asking you a question a CUSTOMER has! We will not be coming back to this location. And to top it all ofhalf the beers tap lines were broke so that was another straw that would've been ok but coupled with everything else seems likethis is a constant issue for this location! Really good place. Outdoor seating, friendly, helpful servers, and well prepared food. My wife and I split a burger and a Caesar... salad with fries. The food was delicious, and there was enough for both of us even though we ordered essentially one meal. Themenu is small, but I am sure it will be bigger once the pandemic ends. Another nice touch was four free electric car chargingstations right outside the restaurant in the parking lot I recommend this place. Read more
