I've had better. Burger was dry and I didnt like their bun. It was very hot inside the restaurant. Nice staff.
Ordered and was told "10-15 minutes". It took 35 mins, and the place was empty. Below average veggie burger (but I guess I... should have ordered the Beyond or Veg Grilled Chik'n). I would've given this place 4 maybe 5 stars if I was only reviewing the food as the burger and fries were delicious!... Unfortunately, I cant say anything about the sweeter side.of.the menu as I ordered an oreo cookie milkshake for $6 plus tax thatI never received.....I was extremely disappointed when we arrived home with our food from JJs Burgers and the milkshake had NOTbeen included. $6 for a milkshake I didn't even get to taste was upsetting but the quality burger helped improve mydisappointed. What didn't help was that we ordered the food at the end of the night about 45 minutes before closing and by thetime we got our food and drove home the joint was near cloing time so I called JJs immediately and of no one answered. I calledback 5 or 6 times in a row but no one ever answered. The following afternoon, I called to inquire about what happened to mymilkshake and get a refund (or better yet my milkshake!) and when JJs staff answered I told them what had happened and insteadof offering an apology, a refund or my milkshake! Instead, the grouchy man on the other end of the line, barked at me that hecouldn't hear me, that there was too much noise and rudely hung up! I was parked in my car, by myself when I called JJs, theloud background noise was on their end not mine. I tried calling back once more and again no answer just like the night before.I felt scammed, does this happen to every last patron of the night because they know its almost closing and can get away with itor was this just a simple mistake and bad timing on my part? I'm not sure I'll ever know the answer to that as its very unlikelyI will return anytime soon if ever. Great customer service is almost as important as great food but if I had to choose one overthe other the food would always win but the poor service has left such a bad taste in my mouth that Im.not sure the food isworth it! First time coming to this place, and the food was horrible. I had to repeat my order seven times to the cashier, then who wanted... to argue with me about my order after I explained to her again, seven times, that I wanted three burgers/sandwiches. She chargedme for a whole extra burger too. Explained we wanted the combo never got the combo as well. The sandwiches/ burgers had noflavor, and way overpriced for what it is. You will need to go and taste it for yourself - you will not regret! It Very good choice to eat! People are super nice,perfect location, super tasty burgers.
