Came in shortly before closing at 8pm, but enough to make an order. Employee said they stopped talking orders at 7:30. Suggested... that be on website because I was sure to check the hours before I drove several times over and don't live in Novato. He said itwas there and in very small letters. Also said they turned their ovens off awhile ago and couldn't make anything. Both seemedpretty shady. I checked again on website and it's doesn't say that. Just the hours of operation. Took screenshot. I used towork on food service to and get it, but basically this guy made up a policy so he could leave right away and not have to do alittle bit of cleaning. If I could give negative stars, I would. Background: Had just been heartlessly thrown out of my house the day before and was... milling about til the people I had called to pick me up and help me came. In the meantime I was looking for something to eat. Ihad been walking for the better part of a day with no food or water in the hot sun. I carried what I could from my house on myback and in bags (there was an above 0 chance whatever I didn't take from the house in the night would be disposed of in animpolite manner in a moment of bitterness). It was HEAVY and pretty much all I owned in the world so I was carrying a house, ina manner of speaking. Moving things along: Funnily enough money was not an issue however. So I head to see if the taco bellthat was not even a stone's throw from the pizzeris was open. Not 30ft from it, I HAVE to rest or my body will give out so I sitin front on the chairs provided. The 'manager' comes to tell me to leave. I understand and don't try fighting with him on it. Ionly attempt to plead for compassion and explain my plight. I show him my arms which have ugly red markings on them from theplastic bag handles cutting into them (they were so heavy they cut off the circulation of my arms I think). In exact words even,I think he says "I don't care". If you see what's wrong with this, thank you and congratulations on having a shred of decency.He leaves and I muster up the energy to continue on my journey quickly. I was shocked by the lack of care and hesitated beforecompletely leaving the area. I normally hate 'Karen' behavior but this sort of treatment was a sensitive point for me forpersonal reasons. I go in and ask for management. Heartless says he's the highest there. I begin telling him what he did wrong,he cuts me off literally stating "I don't have to listen to you". I'm going to say for little Ceasers this is a good one. Most of the time. The food is consistent with the quality of the brand.... When the boss man has been around he has given me generous options. Usually the staff seem genuinely happy. Like always, Irecommend getting extra sauce added on top of the cheese for any of their pizzas. It makes a world of difference to the textureof the cheese. Outstanding service. I'm always greeted there and always feel welcome. The pizza portal is an amazing upgrade, ordering online... is super easy. It's also easy ordering on phone, because the staff is always incredible. Never had a problem. Maybe just oncebut it was corrected. Will always be coming back. Read more
Simple, easy and fresh. We all know this isn't the real Italian deal, nor gourmet(haven't had the slightly more expensive stuff... though) but it's good, extremely cheap and better than 7-11 pizza imo. Had the slices and stix and that was pretty great, niceherbs and crispy. Simple store front, easy parking. The app is not useful here yet so keep that in mind. UPDATE: Just checked,guy said they were updating, and he was right. App works here and has accurate information now. Can also future order and dodelivery or carry out with a card. The 'Pizza Portal' works as well, so one can order from the app, get a notification that it'sready, scan your barcode and take your pizza without interacting with a soul if so desired. Not coming back. Came right out of warmer but not warm enough. Clearly not enough cheese n sauce compare to other LCs. Not worth... the 5.44 after tax. Crust? What crust? My so flat I thought it was a picture of pizza. Read more
The cashier has a negative attitude towards his customers. I had ordered a pizza via the app and went to pick it up, gave him my... name. He refused to look up my order and jusk kept saying that he needs an order number. So I asked him where I can find theorder number. He didnt even know he just kept saying "I need an order number".
