Despite the crowded parking lot there were plenty of open tables when we arrived. Our server was prompt and courteous, bringing... water and beverages right out. I had the Irish Stew, which was tasty but not very hot. My friend had a Southwest salad,although she substituted the dressing because the one that comes with the salad is much too spicy for her taste. Overall, areally nice dinner! Read more
Moylan's is the sister to Marin Brewing Company, which was based in Larkspur. And it always lived in the shadow of it's brother,... so to say. But since there is no more Marin Brewing Co., Moylan's can now shine on its own. Unfortunately the owners didn'tallow that to happen. They discontinued some of their beers and hard ciders. The menu is also smaller and it just doesn't havethe same "neighborhood" vibe it once had. With that being said, the food is still on point, the ale is still top notch, andservice you get is still iffy, just like it always had been. Welcome to Novato's hometown Brewery! Read more
