The workers at this starbucks aren't professionals like the other starbucks in novato. They are very slow and they don't know... how to make the drinks properly, or the drinks just don't taste good. They gave me the wrong drink i asked for a vanilla beanfrappe, but gave me a mocha frappe. i didn't mention to her that she made the wrong drink because she seemed irritated andunfriendly. Read more

The woman who works there is so bad. She was complaining about everything that she doesn't want to work and because I get there,... nownshe has to wash the blender to make my order .. like I am making her work . Never go to this starbucks service is slow and inexperienced. They dont even know how to work the cashier! You have to see which... lady is there working or you'll be waiting for 20 minutes for 1 drink. I suggest the one down redwood by trader Joe's???? theyknow what they're doing. Read more
If you like ocean water their drinks are for you, regardless of the item, its always salty. Id suggest water from them to help... but its salty too Read more
