Disappointed. Will probably never go back to this Establishment again. Messed up my order and charged me more for an item I... didn't order. Said they would correct it, drive through operator did not relay correction to other employees, so I have nowwasted three trips to this place. Taco Bell on Rowland is the way to go, right off the freeway, and 10/10 service, as well asfast. Avoid this one. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a bundle of 4 tacos and 4 burritos on the app. When I went to pick up, they said it... only showed that I ordered 1 taco and 1 burrito. I showed them my app and receipt. The employee was belligerent with me and didnot care about my problem, and told me if I wanted more food, I would have to reorder and pay again. Additionally, they refuseda refund, saying they had no authority over app payments. In the end, I paid $10 and received 1 burrito (they even left out thetaco). I contacted corporate and have received no response. If you have the option, go to the other Taco Bell on Rowland. Read more
Longest in store lines, longest drive thru lines, longest wait in either line, longest time until you get your order in Eureka... from ANY "fast-food" place. As a joke my spouse ordered a pizza. And got it delivered before I got my order placed, made, andserved from inside Taco Bell! Read more
Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. The reason I give this TB five stars is the unbelievable service. Family run store almost... never makes mistakes. Once a dollar item was left out. When I returned days later, the owner immediately remembered and reducedthe price of the new order without a word from me. Nice to know they care about their customers. If service at a fast foodrestaurant means anything to you, go here and be impressed. Read more
Love this organized and clean Taco Bell. Customer service is fantastic.
?? Warning ?? This Taco Bell is privately owned and therefore not part of a franchise. Which means they can price their items... however they want. So don't be surprised if you get charged more than what is advertised. On the other hand, inside therestaurant is pretty clean, the employees are nice, and the food is always hot. Your order may not always be accurate, but Ibelieve they put their best effort in to it. Read more
