Tonight we had the worst service ever. Took 10 minutes to get drinks, another 15 minutes for salad then got no silverware, had... to ask and then got plastic because they were out. Seriously. Never got our water and when meal came 20 minutes later I had toask for better silverware because plastic wasn't going to cut steak. Our waitress was extremely slow. My steak was tuff. I wasvery disappointed with the whole experience. Never will I eat at that location again. Read more
Applebee's gets five star for being the only place open after 10 on a weekday that isn't fast food. It's time we get back to... normal and they get it! Our server Layla was awesome too. Read more

The food was passable, although the oriental salad turned out to be more like cole slaw than salad - almost no lettuce. They had... very few workers in the restaurant. Had a 40 min. wait to get seated, at least a half hour wait for the food after we ordered,our waitress was also doing additional duty at the bar and very possibly in the kitchen as well. Read more
Just the average food (taste, quality,price). Nothing stood out. I had the AYCE boneless wings, she had a prime rib sandwich.... Cole slaw was bland. I hope the world gets back to eating good in the neighborhood someday. Read more

The service is suffering from being under staff. Our waitress was very nice to us, but was struggling to service everyone. The... food was hot and fresh to order, but in my case the bourbon street steak was not savory. You could not distinguish any bourbonseasoning. It was just OK with some A1 sauce. I understand that the service is under staff, but the food took very long to beready, at least I expect it to be tastier for the price. In conclusion I will give another try after some time. We went in to eat at 9pm and wasn't expecting much (not my favorite place to eat) and was shocked at how great our meal and... salads were!! Honestly the best food and service I've ever had at an Applebee's!! Totally changed my appreciation of the place,very pleased! Read more
