Slow service! The employees are not motivated to do anything fast. I was here on Black Friday and there was a line to the exit... doors. There was ONE person working the register and she was unbelievably SLOW. I waited 45 minutes to get a pretzel andlemonade. The manager FINALLY came to the front and helped the poor girl out. The only good thing about the place here is the food, when it cooked, otherwise you're not getting much from the place. I'm... only writing a review now because of how different the service was today then from a few weeks ago. A few weeks before i wentthere with my mom and we asked if they were out of the mini hot dogs pretzels and if they were going to make more since wedidn't see them in the window and the worker Sam who was "helping" us was acting like they would whether be somewhere else anddidn't want to put the effort in finding out let alone make anymore. (be one thing if they had a cut off time for that productbut it was never mention nor no signs saying so and no it wasn't as if the mall was closing or anything.) Sam then proceeds totalk smack right in front of us to another worker that was ringing us up and complaining about us wanting the mini hotdogpretzels after we decided to get something else from there. Left annoyed with the service. We came back today and decided totry again since we wanted some cinnamon buns. Sam was still working there but the vibe was different as it look like themanager/owner was there today. So everyone there was on their "better behavior". Unless the manager is there everyday you'regoing to get shit service. Would not recommend going there ever Until they get a change in employees or management do bettertraining. Read more
This place is ridiculous! Service sucks so bad I will never buy from here again! Disappointed they lied to me over and over on... how long it would take to have 3?? regular pretzels made, waited 15 mins for some dang pretzels! Don?t waste your time here! Read more

The pretzels are yummy but the service is slow. By the time she brought our pretzels to the reigster, grabbed the sauces we... ordered, and processed the transaction..our pretzels were cold. They had nothing stocked and they weren't busy. Read more
The lady that attended to us did so with her mouth full of food making it hard to understand her. We got our original pretzel... and was expecting a pretzel, not a greasy croissant. You could squeeze the pretzel and grease would pour out. Also, the coke waslow on carbonation. It had the syrup so it tasted like coke, however it had no carbonation making it feel and taste weird. The woman working the cash register today was the most rude woman I have ever met. I?ve never had money ripped out of my hand... for no reason. Her coworker even told her she was mean. Not sure of her name, but she may want to find another line of workbecause a miserable person like her shouldn?t work with the public. Read more
