The service here sucked. They completely ignored me standing in front of the ice cream counter for 5 minutes. I stood there to... see how long before they acknowledged me. They even carried on a meaningless conversation with another guy who sat inside. Theworker looked like a high school kid, and the other female looked like she could be her mom. They were working alongside eachother. They made sandwiches and coffee like they didn't have a customer waiting to be serviced. Either one could "barely" speaka lick of English. Both should quit! I've always loved Baskin Robbins but it's pretty irritating to go one that advertises 24 hours only to find that their not open... 24 hours. In fact, they close at 9:30pm everyday. Maybe Google has it wrong? Google says 24 hours but the sign on this BaskinRobbins at this location has it posted that they close at 9:30pm everyday. See attached. Read more

My wallet was stolen earlier today so I only had a bunch of change on me; well I ended up being a few cents short, but Sara was... understanding of my situation & she helped me out. After having such a bad day, this was the nicest thing that happened to meall day! ~THANKS AGAIN SARA!! ???? The store was clean and they even had plain jamocha ice cream which not every location has sothat was a definite plus. & They are open 24 hours too...which is very convenient.
