During my visit today at Buffalo Wild Wings, I had the most amazing experience. The wait staff was very pleasant, the restaurant... was very clean and inviting, and the food was delicious. Ordered pickup. Got back to my hotel room and I’m missing half my order. Mind you, I have 5 kids and 2 adults. Huge problem... when half the kids didn’t get anything to eat for dinner. Let’s not forget to mention, the stuff I actually did get was icecold and we were waiting in the parking lot when it sent me a message saying the order was ready… so no way it could’vegotten cold within the 5 minute drive back to the hotel. The beer cheese they gave me for the pretzels is a complete joke. Thesmall container they give them in was barely covering the bottom. See pics. I’ve never had such bad service in my life.Thankfully I don’t plan on being back to this location as we are traveling. All I know is I better receive the full refundthey promised after contacting them. Go anywhere else but here if you plan on picking it up. Read more
Had a good time with this staff. The bartenders were really cool. Nicely managed from my viewpoint. Tried a new burger and it... was Awesome. I really like the area as well. Close to some good shopping. I will be back very soon to watch some games withfriends. Nice. Enough tvs for everyone. Read more
Sydney was an awesome server! Highly recommend coming here to have some beer and play keno. My daughter loves the WiFi!
Ordered 20 wings but we only get 1 1/2 sauces, when I selected two of each sauce. Not sure if the workers just totally ignore... the complete order because we just wanted sauce on the side, but this is definitely not enough sauce for anyone. It's pathetichonestly for the price and we dont even want to order again if this is the case. Read more
Very slow service, probably because they were short staffed, waited over an hour to get our order. We were moved around to 3... different tables. Waitress was apologetic for the delay. Wings were dry. Read more
My sisters, mom, and I came here after an appointment at David's Bridal around the corner. We initially were going to go to... Black Rock but their wait time was an hour and a half. This was right next door and the wait was only 20 minutes. They messagedus once the table was ready and our waitress came and got our drink and app orders right afterwards. The food was yummy and thedrinks were good. A couple of us also ordered some to go orders and got them by the time the checks came. Overall a goodexperience. Read more
This place is gross! So happy I spent 100 dollars on cold food, burnt chips/stale and awful service. Save your money and dont... come to this buffalo wild wings. Read more
