Well I have a story but will make it simple, waited over 25 minutes after being seated before waitress acknowledged us. An hour... before we placed our order, almost 40 minutes after order was placed we received our food. My husbands food was cold, mine waswarm. We watched the bus person remove dirty dishes and never wiped tables down. I could maybe understand the wait if they werebusy but there was maybe 13 other tables with customers some with food and some waiting and a few were done just talking. It wasan awful experience. First time dining in at this location, we're seated within the 30 minute estimate they gave us (only took 20 during the dinner... rush on a Saturday) staff was great, everything was clean, our waiter was prompt, everything came out correct, super fast andwas beyond tasty! Read more
We had an incredible experience! Our waiter, Garrett(?) was phenomenal as he handled our party of 15 with ease. Each order was... correct and delivered so no one was waiting too long from first to last served. The food was delicious, well proportioned &served hot. The staff was so accommodating for our large party, offering to help with the "birthday" set up, storing thebirthday cake until after dinner, providing extra plates & forks. It was one of the nicest evenings our family has enjoyed. Eventhe music, which is often loud & disruptive, was quietly in the background. We can't say enough good things. Read more
Garrett was our waiter and did an amazing job. My three chicken breasts were also cooked perfectly - not dry!
Not super impressed about this location. Our server disappeared after taking drink and appetizer orders, this was not at a busy... time (as you can see). The food portions were minimal, the bar tender was the best part, he was very personable and came toattempt to save the the service but, in short..I won?t be back. Read more
We have found Carrabba?s to be consistent in their entrees - always good, hot, and served quickly. We have over time, had... pretty much everything on the menu and always walk away satisfied. Unfortunately in this location, their restroom consistentlyhas a terrible smell - not sure if they have sewage issue but it is UGH - it makes you feel like it is not clean, but it is. Read more
I really wanted to give a good review. We came here when we were visiting the area back in January and liked it so much that we... wanted to come back. What a difference from then to now. The food is still pretty good, however, I can?t say the same regardingthe service. We felt like an afterthought or an inconvenience. The restaurant wasn?t that busy, but wait staff ignored usstanding there, a friendly ?someone will be with you shortly? wouldn?t have gone amiss. We waited about 10 minutes to be seatedand the lady didn?t really greet us, just wondered aloud at what was going on and ?if they?re working in rotation?. We wereseated and she came by and put 1 set of silverware on the table, disappeared for a while and walked past and dropped another setwithout saying anything, then we were left there. Not one of the wait staff approached us. Eventually one of the cook staffnoticed and asked if we were being helped and sent someone over to our table. We finally ordered, it would have been nice tohave been offered bread whilst we waited for our food, sadly that didn?t happen. All in all, disappointed, probably should?vegone to Olive Garden.
