Not only was... the food fast & amazing but our experience was personalized by the manager, Shannon. She is amazing!! I came here during my trip to Michigan on 7/29/22 and it was great! I got the grilled chicken cool wrap and it was delicious! I... also got a fruit bowl on the side which was tasty. Line was terrible but the Chicken sandwich made up for it. Waffle fries were OK. They fell apart easily which explains why... another commenter stated that he got 2 fries and a box of crumbs. Not really anyone's fault. It's just what tends to happen withwaffle fries. The Cloudberry lemonade was good but too much ice. That's my fault for not ordering light ice. Service waspresented with a smile so that helped to push it back up to 5 stars. Again, I hated that line but considering there wereliterally 40 cars split between 2 drive thru lines and a full parking lot for the dining room in the middle of a lunch rush andI was still delivered fresh, hot food within 20 minutes is saying a lot. So, this was my first time ever going to the famous Chick-fil-A and I wouldn't call it the messiah of all fast food restaurants... or the best I have ever tasted, but for what I did get. It was good. I got the chicken strips and cottage fries. The chicken wastender juicy ???? big pieces/strips of real white meat chicken and the cottage fries were plump, hot and crispy! Paired withtheir special sauce for dipping and it was a solid meal. The service was excellent for how crazy the restaurant was...and boywas it crazy! It is located right next to the mall and it is holiday shopping time. That place is already crazy busy on aregular day, now add in the hoards of Christmas shoppers and that is an experience! I tasted a bite if a chicken sandwich to sayI did as well and like I said, nothing that would make me go I HAVE TO GO BACK THERE, but definitely a good and well madesandwich. I think the best part of the food for me is the freshness and the care taken into making sure you get good food.
