The server didn?t get my order right, I asked for less ice and 75% sugar and the guy didn?t get either right. The whole time I... was ordering too he was looking at his phone. Very helpful staff I really appreciated the two girls who were working when I ordered. It was my first time and the workers... made suggestions and I ordered the strawberry milk tea with strawberry bubbles. The size does seem small compared to otherplaces of similar items. Read more
Not sure what is going on with ownership, but cleanliness has gone downhill. I stopped by there today for the some bubble tea... on my way home. It was warmer inside than it was outside, and the glass door looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while dueto numerous finger prints on it. The girls that helped me were nice, but my drink was just ok. The boba was a bit overcooked andslightly mushy. I made sure to check for hair after reading other reviews and I was clear of that thank goodness. Overall, itjust feels like the owners have given up on keeping up with the place. Read more
Great bubble tea, but on busy days, it takes 30 minutes just to get your drink. Usually pretty understaffed too so it's not very... efficient. They also randomly stop taking orders 30 min to 1 hour before closing time, so don't go in the last hour if you wantto actually get a drink Read more
There was hair in my tea, which definitely doesn't meet the Ding Tea standard I'm used to in California. The employees were nice... and quickly corrected the issue, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Unfortunate. Read more
I ordered taro slush this girl whose busy talking about her personal life give me a taro flavored drink not really a slush since... no ice. I guess she don't know how to make slush drink... I will never go back there again. Also they are out of everything. Read more
Very disappointed in this place. You would think all ding tea are the same but this one is different. I never had an issue with... my drinks because I always get the same monster drink but I noticed they put a large amount of ice in the drinks so I?m gettingfar less the amount. I asked for no ice but then was told they couldn?t do that but can do light ice. Which is fine. Came backanother time and asked for light ice and was then again told they can?t do that. Every other ding tea I go to can do it withoutice or light ice. I will not be returning as I feel I?m getting Ripped off for the amount I paid. Read more
