This was the first time I purchased subs at firehouse. I went there with pretty high expectations at the suggestion of a family... member. I spent $55 on 4 subs. My main complain is that all the sub buns were soggy! Also the buns were cut straight threw bothsides which made the subs very messy to eat. However the quality of their meats was good so I think there is potential. Maybe itwas the person that assembled the subs? Either was I doubt that I?ll be going back.?? Read more
I do the Mobile order pick up, and they NEVER put my food on the cart so I end up havein to go to the drive thru. Which defets... the whole reason I do mobile order. Read more
Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru no help. No problem I thought I would just go in. I was refused service inside a sandwich... shop??? What is going on? From looking at the previous reviews I can see that firehouse absolutely does not care about it?scustomers. Read more

Not a trustworthy company. We ordered three boxes for a work event yesterday and the subs had a great presentation. They looked... like there was plenty of meat on them but when you opened them up to put sauce on them, most only had meat on less than half thesub. This was a ripoff and we will not be getting subs from them again. Read more
