I just want to know how can this big piece of plastic not be seen by the person who cooked this!!! The waitress Candace was very... nice and understanding? That?s not the worse part tho? She told the manager and the manger never even came over to speak to meor anything!!!! Candace just came back to the table and said you?re all set after speaking to the manager twice about thesituation!!! I never had a quick service at IHOP. The waitress would usually take about 20 min before attending the table and it would take... another 30 min for food, so I went with similar expectations, but the service here was quicker than my previous experiences.Even though the place was packed, we had to wait 30 min from getting into the restaurant to getting our food on our table. We decided to eat here while the car was in the shop. I would have given 5 star ????, if customers who were there wasn't being... ignored. The staff didn't acknowledge customers who were waiting to be seated to a table. One employee came to the register tocash out her customer and didn't say anything to the 10 people who were waiting. It was 2 separate family of 4 and a family of2. When someone did acknowledge the people standing (after 20 minutes) everyone was seated and still had to wait. The onlygood thing was that the food was hot and freshly cooked.
