I just want to know how can this big piece of plastic not be seen by the person who cooked this!!! The waitress Candace was very... nice and understanding? That?s not the worse part tho? She told the manager and the manger never even came over to speak to meor anything!!!! Candace just came back to the table and said you?re all set after speaking to the manager twice about thesituation!!! I never had a quick service at IHOP. The waitress would usually take about 20 min before attending the table and it would take... another 30 min for food, so I went with similar expectations, but the service here was quicker than my previous experiences.Even though the place was packed, we had to wait 30 min from getting into the restaurant to getting our food on our table. We decided to eat here while the car was in the shop. I would have given 5 star ????, if customers who were there wasn't being... ignored. The staff didn't acknowledge customers who were waiting to be seated to a table. One employee came to the register tocash out her customer and didn't say anything to the 10 people who were waiting. It was 2 separate family of 4 and a family of2. When someone did acknowledge the people standing (after 20 minutes) everyone was seated and still had to wait. The onlygood thing was that the food was hot and freshly cooked. The sad part, the employees are quick to give customers their undividedattention when it comes to the amount of tips customers leave them. ???? Read more
First time here and I'd go back. Wasn't sure how this place would be after reading reviews but we had no complaints. Server was... good, even though we didn't see her much. Food was cooked just right and came out fast and hot. Place was clean, and we wereseated and served fast. Was pretty empty there at the time so that may of helped but either way can't complain about anything,and will be back. Read more
Horrible! My hashbrowns were burnt. The eggs were overcooked. I never saw my waiter again after he brought my food. The... restaurant was completely empty so there was no excuse for the bad service. I never got a bill so I went to the register to payand had to yell in the restaurant for someone to come to take my money. She and another employee were dancing in the backcorner. I never write reviews. But this is the worst restaurant let alone IHOP I?ve ever been to. If i could give Zero stars i would.... What i ordered was supposed to be a chicken fajita omelette. I didn?t receive not one piece of chicken and barely a pepper. Nosalsa. Only a barely cooked omelette with heavy cheese inside and out. The wait is ridiculously long and they never have staff. Ordered chicken and pancakes today. There was green mold on two of the pancakes. Clearly visible. Attached is a picture. THIS IS... NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please do something about it. Will never be eating at an iHop again. Read more
