We have been loyal Jersey Mike's customers since experiencing them for the first time over 14 years ago in TX, and the moved to... SC and ate them there, and now we are in MI. I SURELY hope we don't have to stop going to Jersey Mike's, but our experiencethere last Thursday was not great. Items were left off the sub, meat was WAY overcooked and very dry, and it took forever to getthe food and leave (carry-out) as they seemed to have a ton of orders. Of course, it doesn't help when the worker is tossingbottles around like Tom Cruise in "Cocktail" when he should have been finishing sandwiches as speedily as possible when theywere so slammed. I tried calling and couldn't get through, and then tried again tonight, after dinner hour. I was told thisgentleman was putting me on hold to go get the other manager, he apologized "if something went wrong and they'd make it right",and then put me on hold....forever. After 6 minutes, I hung up and called back. The phone is now constantly busy, so perhapsthey left it off the hook? I'm not sure, but it's been about half an hour, and so again, I won't be able to tell them theproblem, which might be an easily fixable training issue. And now they have a dissatisfied customer. They placed allergy items on my sandwich. I did not have time to go back and fix this.
If you are coming during lunch time, just know they prioritize online orders so maybe just order from the app rather than wait... 30 mins in line. The food is always tasty and the staff are nice. Read more
Jersey Mike's Novi MI is consistently a great experience. Unlike the Farmington Hills store, food and service are superior. ... Never an argument, always catering to special dietary needs. I've been to the Novi store often, and will never go into theF'Hills location again. Read more
Placed an online order. Order gave error. Tried calling business to resolve as the money was deducted from my bank account... immediately but it didn?t appeared as if the order went through. It sounded like someone answered as you could hear all thebackground noise but nobody responding. It?s like they answered the phone but just set it down on a counter. I tried callingback but it gave an error when calling back and didn?t ring at all. Physically went and in and patiently waited my turn inline. Explained to the crew member what happened. He rudely said that their phone was dead (you could clearly see it was sittingon the counter - the phone is certainly not going to get charged just laying on the counter) and that they are in the middle ofa lunch rush. He asked the name and confirmed they didn?t receive the order and stated the charge would just fall off ?in acouple of days?. He was short with me and asked what I wanted - I placed the order with him and while waiting about 2 minutesexperienced the same crew member being short with other customers. When glancing at the look on all of the crews faces, they alllooked miserable, like they hate their jobs. I then advised I was cancelling my order and would go elsewhere and for them toplease let the man know to which the man replied, ?JUST THROW IT AWAY?, loudly. It was not a pleasant experience. Please don?tblame the customer and be short with them for YOUR system not working properly and for YOUR phone not being chargedproperly. The least he could of done would be to apologize for the frustrate and reassure in a NICE way what had happened andask if I?d still like to place an order. This place is excellent. Great staff. Always energetic, enthusiastic and friendly. Food also excellent and the way they should.... We have been going there for a while. Never dossapointed. This place can get very very busy at lunch times though. Read more
This was the first time that I've been to Jersey Mike's on Novi Rd. The food was very good, and they slice the deli meet to... order. Prices were reasonable, as well. The only issue we had was the restaurant was very dirty. Most of the tables weredirty and the garage bin was overflowing. I was surprised, as we were there at an off peak time. I'd go back for the food, butdefinitely would not dine in. Read more
