To start, when I walked in a wasn?t greeted until moments later. The employees are childish. As I am paying josh comes up from... the back. He starts pointing at me, which anyone with any type of up bringing knows is rude. As he?s fighting back a laugh, hebeings to make a high pitch noise. As soon as hes about to laugh, he disappears to the back. All of which takes place in frontof the manager, who obviously doesn?t address the situation. I understand there?s a labor shortage right now, and most companiesare desperate. The crazy bread were amazing. The wait for someone to acknowledge you are even there was ridiculous. I was in the waiting room... 20 minutes befor someone spoke to me. When I went to get my crazy bread 3 ppl walked in waited than left. I would have feltbetter if anyone would have said hold on or anything at all. This location is too hit or miss. Commonly you find yourself waiting 15 minutes for a Hot and Ready, then when you get it,... they are commonly dry or overcooked. In addition to that when you post them to put the parmesean on the crust they commonlyforget even after you have already paid for it. Read more
The place changes hour ls so often it's a roll of the dice at the casino if they're open, don't trust the online store hours! ... They promptly shut the open sign off at 5:05pm on a Friday, and told me they were closed. Domino's and Cottage Inn across thestreet might need a call ahead, but at least they want to serve their customers. Read more
The pizza was excellent and cooked to perfection. According to the workers this location is very short staffed on... employees. This short staffing will cause your order to be late so be prepared to wait longer than your expected pickup time,especially when using the pickup portal.
