I've stopped by a few times after getting my nails or eyebrows done. Great service and don't forget to tip.

Pricey for what it was. The quality was not what we were expecting. We order 13 mini chocolate chip cookies. The taste was... disappointing, waxy/oily. Kinda reminded me of a Chips Ahoy, the soft ones. Nothing like homemade! Read more

Visited NTH on Wednesday 7/15 around 1:45pm. I went to the mall to do some shopping. After shopping, I decided to hit the food... court. On 7/13 there was a mandatory face mask covering put in place throughout the state of MI. As I walked throughout themall, everyone had on masks. People serving food in the food court also had on a face cover. After eating I decided I wanted acookie from NTH. Walked over to the counter to look at the selection and I noticed a young girl behind the counter servingpeople without a mask, so I left without ordering. Not sure why she thought she did not have to wear a mask. Especially beingbehind the counter serving food. This Place needs better customer service and it's been that way for a while. Read more

I came here today and the workers, named Tania and Sarah. We?re really kind and they treated me with 100% respect. They were... fast, hilarious, and super welcoming. Keep up the good work Nestlé. Great representation of Michigan as I live in Montana. Read more

If I could rate this store a zero I would. Treated horribly because my child has a food allergy. The worker was rude. From the... outset she behaved as if I were bothering her. She had AirPod headphones in her ears the whole time, was unprofessional andargumentative. She is a very poor example of what customer service should be and this was one of the worst experiences I haveever had (today was my first visit to this mall by the way). I simply asked her to use a separate tong to pick up chocolatechip cookies after using tongs to pick up one peanut butter and one snickerdoodle cookie I was purchasing. She refused andproceeded to over talk me to tell me about how she told me this would happen. I said no I know the boundaries my child?sallergies thank you. That is why I am asking you to use a separate tong- I understand the possibility of cross contamination inthe kitchen. All I am asking is that you use a different tong. I blatantly asked her if she was telling me that her companywould not permit her using a separate tong and she became more than beyond ignorant. As I left (without my intended purchase) Itold her she was unprofessional and rude as she slammed down papers after throwing cookies behind the counter. A poor examplefor the younger worker who was there on the shift with her. I did not catch her name but I will tell you if you go to thecounter and the female in a hoodie with Airpods and heavy eyeliner steps forward to wait on you- don?t bother. Read more

Stopped here today to grab some cookies. Individual working leaning against the counter, obviously mad at the world not a great... start. As we were getting ready to order, a man walks up and asks for a glass of water. She barks order at co worker to getthe guy a glass of water, which she did, free of charge. We finish our purchase, my 14 year old kid requests a small glass ofwater and the same employee decides we should pay .50 for it???????? A little sketchy Read more

All I had was an icee. A small was $2.50 and I feel like they are overpriced. I am from the city but now I live in Florida and... I've never heard of a small icee being that much. I also bought my cousins a smoothie. I didn't ask them how it tasted but I amsure it was good. I just feel like the prices could be better. Read more
