This our first time in that location of Olive Garden! I entered the waiting line online from their website the estimated time... was 50 mins so I’m glad I made the reservation at home and until my family got ready and drive to their we arrived ontime. The place was nice, the host and the waitress was very nice and friendly. The order didn’t take long to be ready. Thefood was super delicious and our special requests was served quickly. Another sweet thing from the waitress who served our foodthat she gave my little one special chocolates when we were leaving. I’ll return back soon with my family. We loved it ! Read more
First experience was great....but we had arrived first thing in the morning. Everything was perfect....the food and the service... is fantastic 3 weeks ago we came, informed they were having staffing issues and waited 45 minutes for a table which wasn't thatbad....but it doesn't work if you are going for endless soup and salad....we had to flag him down for a second bowl and I had towalk to the bar to retrieve clean glasses because the ones given to us had a dirty film. (I bartender for 9 years so I'm veryfamiliar with the restaurant business) Today we went, got sat right down and noticed the table had a dirty carafe and the tablestill had crumb and rings from the previous guest....which the hostess was totally oblivious to. We were surrounded by 4 otherperfectly clean tables. I brought it to the hostess attention when I seen her again and she said she would send someone to wipeit and didn't even bother removing the carafe. Usually our experience is great. We get awesome service. The past two times were really bad. One time, we only got to the soup... and salad because the service was so slow so we just stuck to the unlimited soup and salad. We only got refilled once. Itwasn’t worth the wait, so we just paid our bill and left. This time, we were seated at a table that still had a cup from theprevious guest and the table was visibly dirty. We brought it to the attention of the hostess, she said “I’ll get someone toclean it” and walked away. No one came to clean the table after 10 minutes of sitting there. We just left. You might want to hold off going there for awhile. They are having severe staffing problems. We went there on a Monday night and... they only had 7 tables filled in the entire restaurant and yet we were told we had a 20 minute wait because there was only 1server for the entire restaurant. We waited at the bar which had a scant but sufficient (I guess) selection of liquor and only 3beer taps. But if there was only 3 beer taps I suppose those 3 cover most folks without getting too creative. The restaurant haselegant decor and was very clean and the food was good. When it was our turn to be seated we had an efficient and right to thepoint server who was wearing a mask. The restaurant was eerily quiet. Read more
Omg... There was a 90 min wait because they were short staffed! I really had a taste for Olive Garden so I waited. I'm glad that... I did. My waitress was awesome!!! She was on point with everything! I could not tell that they we're even short staffed. I willcome back again! I don't remember how to spell her name, but I do know it starts with an (M). Great Job!!!!!! Read more
Enjoyed lunch with my Granddaughter. Service and food was great. One of our favorite places to eat! Good time of the afternoon... didn't have to wait long. Olive Garden is a little pricey, but I always enjoy service and food. Read more
Amazing food and very hospitable staff. The decor and ambience are mediocre but worth the trip.
Our server was nice, caring and professional. I sorry ???? I don't remember his name but HE was great.
