I would give this place ZERO stars if i could. I went to the Outback at 48020 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48374 I ordered the... Sirloin and Rib combo. The steak and fries were grossly over seasoned and the steak was medium well, not medium rare like Iordered. I send food sent back because I don't enjoy eating a salt lick. New food arrives. Steak is now well done, ribs arecold and sauce actually made the meat taste rotten. I guess sauce on the side means nothing. Also, these incompetent peopledidn't bring my side of fries that comes with my meal. I essentially paid $30 for a side salad and iced tea. How many timesshould a customer have to return food before you get it right? The attached photo is of the second steak. Welldone...FYI...Y'alls have a doneness chart in your menus; you might want to re-train your cooks. I'm beyond irritated. Read more
I went to Outback Steakhouse to have a good dinner. I was blessed to have Matt as my waiter. He made sure I had everything I... needed. He was friendly and provided great excellent customer service. Whenever I visit Outback I will be sure to ask for Matt. Read more
My mom and I really enjoy going to this Outback. The food is great. The service is excellent. They have wonderful servers like... Marie who is always pleasant and makes sure your meal is right. She makes an effort to remember you. Also, their managers checkon you. Thomas was our manager during our last visit who made sure the service Marie provided us was acceptable, (which ofcourse it was). Can't wait to go there again! Read more
Had an issue with a couple of hors d'oeuvres. We wanted to try the bloomin shrimp. Had the bloomin onion as well. As you can... see by the pictures, they were burnt. Not in cooked too long kinda burnt, but the grease needs changing burnt. I have runcommercial fryers and the grease has to be changed or this is what you get. I told the waiter the issue, and he said "that isthe way we serve them. That's what they always look like!" Well the look and taste was definitely bad. I didn't belabor thepoint, or try to get it taken off our tab. We just didn't finish them. If that is what they are supposed to look like, theyneed to update their photos online! Came here as a relatively large group of 7. We were seated within the 15 minute timeframe that we were given. Our waitress Katie... was very polite and personable. Everyone there was working very hard to make sure all the customers were being taken care of.Our order came out with very little issue but my takeout orders that I placed were not correct. When I called back they got mein touch with a manager who was able to take care of the issue over the phone so I didn't have to drive almost 40 minutes backto their location. We expected far better than this for a $100+ dinner. I honestly don't know what went wrong this time, as I've had good... experiences at this Outback before. This time the food wasn't just mediocre, some of it was inedible, and the portion sizes wereunacceptable. The $6.50 asparagus was not just a small portion but absolutely inedible. It was both rubbery and extremely tired.My $28.00 16oz prime rib had a very small portion of decent meat. The amount of fries served with our meals was very small too.The portion sizes for the salads were also small. My own meal was around a $40 dollar meal and I've honestly had better mealsfor $10. Both my Mom and my Brothers meals were also disappointing. I feel bad that my Mom spent $110 on such a disappointingmeal... Door Dash was prompt with their delivery and we have no complaints with them. Door Dash credited us with a 50% refund. Read more
Our waitress was very nice! Our food was awesome.. the t-bone was just a little fatty but other than that everything was great!!... Didn't wait very long also was told an hour wait and they text me within a half hour! ?? Read more
Ok I get it we got take out but WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?! Ordered two grilled shrimp on the Barbie and two fried mushrooms. WE ARE... CHARGED $14 for 8 pieces of shrimp?? and no steak. Literally came with bread YES BREAD in ONE box. The mushrooms are OK butseriously only 8 pieces of shrimp? Wth ??????????????? never going or ordering again.
