It's ok. They charge extra now for rice in my veggie nachos which I thought was a bit ridiculous. The food never seems super hot... anymore and the chips are mostly broken, not nice full chips to dip. I'm a big Qdoba fan, I just think a little bit of helpwould make this location a lot better. I ordered steak burrito on October 7, 2022 throughout doordash the rice was under cooked and it barely had some stake Half of... the time rice was not mixed just canned food mixed into wrap never again?????. Sign says ?Please excuse our performance while we are short handed? or something but it?s a trick. These dudes are like ninjas... in the kitchen, fast and efficient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Qdoba is already fresh and delicious, but good service andclean facilities make the stop worth it. Bravo ! Read more
I went to this location on 8/28 they were short staffed so it was online ordering only. Surprisingly it was super easy to order... and the staff working the evening shift were super friendly and made the bowls perfect! Read more
Meh. Walked in and an employee immediately started yelling across the restaurant at us asking how we were going to be paying.... When we asked why it mattered, she said they were card only. We said that was fine and she seemed annoyed? She didn't do this toanyone else in line, either. It was just a bit jarring to get screamed at and confusing that it was just us. Got our food, withvery small portions. I know times are tough, but you're charging more for less food and that doesn't seem right. Went to sitdown and there was not a single clean table. Totally filthy. I had to wet a napkin and wipe my own table down, while an employeestood at the register and watched me do it. All the review replies from the company here are super generic, scripted, anduncaring, so don't bother. Just tell your staff to clean the restaurant for crying out loud, it doesn't require a corporateinvestigation. Read more
Servers are good.But they always have missing stuff.This is closest to my place but still prefer going 5 miles away Northville... QDoba.Why only this QDoba has things not available? Not sure why I?m being charged almost $10 for 3 beef tacos, when I didn?t even get the full amount of toppings on it. Ordered 3... beef tacos online, went to walk in. Only to See sign on door said ?out of lettuce, pico de gallo, onions, chips, guacamole, etc?which was not reflected on the online ordering menu.
