I order carry out frequently. I get crab legs every time. Prices have gone up (like everything else, to be expected) but the... portion sizes have gone down. Tonight I ordered carry out and I am severely disappointed. My crab legs and mashed potatoes werecold. The crab legs looked old and nasty. I didn't even end up eating that leg. What a waste of $40. Probably won't be returningafter this. Not to mention the lady who brought my food out seemed like she hated her job. Read more
We celebrated a birthday with a friend. The meals were excellent! We ate the ultimate feast , admiral feast, and shrimp trio... platters. The waitress was very attentive. She made very good suggestions on the menu. We can't wait to come back again. Read more
The worst experience. Don't go to this place unless you want to wait a long time for your service, service being adequate at... best, paying for their mistakes ( and I meant that literally, we got a burger and they never ask how we wanted it done, so wejust assumed they will do it well done. When they gave us the burger, it was rare and I don't mean just a little, it was redbleeding rare. And also understand , why am I ordering a burger at a seafood place? it's BECAUSE I'm allergic to shellfishbut I love their bread so that's most why I go to red lobster.) Also it shouldn't take 20 to 30 mins to cook a second burger towell done and then give it to us not even cooked well done but done in medium well. Furthermore, we asked for biscuits ( as thatis what we love about red lobster ) 1 dozen of them and instead of putting the biscuit in a box, they put it in a small bag,squashing the biscuits. At this point we regretted ever stepping foot to this red lobster location. While I do understand theshort staffing, even in my line of work I don't treat guest this way and I also make sure to clean even if we are short staff.Not to mention that their table need fixing, it wobbled so bad I was scared to lean on it. To start off their trout was one of the best trouts I ever tasted. The customer service was great, the wait time for our food... was not bad and the prices of the food was decent for the good food. Definitely worth it to come here. Read more
