One of the best Starbucks around.
A good location, but disappointing that they seem to frequently not have the supplies to make their key drinks. On the first few... days of fall this year, they did not have the supplies to make pumpkin spice lattes. Kind of a miss to not have their key falldrink available the first few days of the targeted season. That said, the location is clean, generally well staffed, and welllocated in Novi. Read more
I frequently visit this Starbucks. I usually order ahead and if I have a problem it?s usually addressed and fixed. I typically... order 4-5 drinks each time I order. Today I went and my ice latte with almond milk looked a bit dark. When the girl gave me thedrink she even admitted it was darker and blamed it on the almond milk being new. I asked her for another one and she then saidit would be the last time she could do it?!! Very unprofessional!!! Get it right so you don?t have to remake it. Read more

It's a very busy Starbucks, and is about average. Staff is very friendly, but orders are frequently incorrect when you order... ahead. They're super nice about re-making it though. Read more
Service is always great. The drive thru line is a bit weird. Since the Starbucks is not a stand-alone building, if it's busy and... the drive thru line is backed up, you end up blocking the cars parked at the healthcare clinic with nowhere to go. This is agrande mango dragon fruit lemonade, no ice and with several sips already taken. Read more
I literally just got home from picking up something for my girlfriend and I, but this location has some of the kindest baristas... I?ve ever met, I HAD to say something. I used to be a partner, so I know the typical standards, and these baristas go above andbeyond every time. Specifically, whomever was working the window today around 1pm, and another person who I recognized as theperson who asked to take a picture of my dog, are the sweetest. They drew on Titan?s pup cup, and it made my day! I love thiscrew, and I hope the siren treats them well because they deserve it ?? it makes me so happy to see my baby boy on the window,and they?re all amazing!!! Read more
