I give up on this location. The past 5 times.. LITERALLY they got my order wrong SMH! They can?t follow instructions, they have... very poor management. Night manger has no clue what he?s doing tbh. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. I visited the Beck rd. location for the first time in awhile to get dinner for the family.... The staff members inside were absolutely wonderful with service, they were out of a few essential items for tacos. Lettuce, isone thing a Taco need for sure but they were out. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice about it but I wasn't offeredanything instead and still payed full price. When I did get home to eat I was was surprised to see only meat & the smallestamount of cheese on everything. This is now the 3rd time I have been to this location in the last year and the 2nd time theyhave been out of essential items.
