I give up on this location. The past 5 times.. LITERALLY they got my order wrong SMH! They can?t follow instructions, they have... very poor management. Night manger has no clue what he?s doing tbh. This location it?s the best at screwing up your order! Bad attitude, bad service, and always messing up with your orders. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. I visited the Beck rd. location for the first time in awhile to get dinner for the family.... The staff members inside were absolutely wonderful with service, they were out of a few essential items for tacos. Lettuce, isone thing a Taco need for sure but they were out. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice about it but I wasn't offeredanything instead and still payed full price. When I did get home to eat I was was surprised to see only meat & the smallestamount of cheese on everything. This is now the 3rd time I have been to this location in the last year and the 2nd time theyhave been out of essential items. I still will eat Taco Bell but will probably not visit this location again. Read more

Pulled up the the window to be informed they didn?t have chicken or beef so I asked for steak pulled up to the window to find... out they only had enough steak for one of my items a steak quesadilla I got refunded the rest of my meal was very nice andunderstanding to the shortages got home my quesadilla only had like 4 pieces of steak no quesadilla sauce and the cheese washardly melted very disappointed in my visit Read more
This location hasn't been good since they opened 2 yrs ago. Just ordered there for the last time. Portions are pathetic. Prices... are ridiculous for the amount of food you get. And they mess up the order very frequently. Drive thru lines can take FOREVER.And most of the staff couldn't care less about their job or customers. Sell the franchise.. or burn it down. Read more
Ordered hard tacos got soft. Asked for no sour cream got extra. Asked for mild sauce got fire sauce. Worst taco bell ive ever... been to. The mexican pizza shells tasted like 9 month old fryer grease. Cheese wasnt even melted. Read more
