We liked it, haven't been to a dinner here in a while.. mostly just the dessert take out. Appetizer bread and pretzel bites... were good. The pretzel bite cheese could have a bit thicker. I had the salmon and steak Diane combo with mashed potatoes. Steak Diane was good but salmon could have been better, I would have preferred the full steak Diane portion. My wife had the 4cheese pasta, but she said the cheese was "just different" and didn't fit her preference. Edited - Even over labor day weekend,service was spot on as well. Our wait time with no reservation was two hour on a Saturday. It was my first time there and I have heard of the hype and it did... not really live up to the expectations. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Here is my take : Good: the spinachand chips was really good. Very Bad:the Mac and cheese bites were not good. The salmon and herb was not all that and the shrimpcoconut with rice was not it. I did not care for the cheesecake either Later on that night I actually had a lot of stomach painand had to throw up all the food I had at the Cheesecake Factory. I have had a lot of Cheese Cake take outs but never really dined in until today. This place doesn?t take reservations and the... wait times are usually about an hour. The food tasted great and the service was decent. Everything on their menu is very high incalories, Stay away if you?re someone who tracks your calorie intake. Must try the cheesecakes if you go. This is a very busy restaurant, especially on the weekends. However the system they have in place to deal with the volume of... people is very effective. We anticipated to wait a while for our food but we had a normal turnaround time. This is not the firsttime we've been here and the consistency of flavor and service has been evident with every visit. Customer service was amazing! Went in at 10:30 and they closed at 11 but despite that they didn?t rush us! I really appreciated... their waiter always checking up on us and made sure our food was perfect! Lastly of course had to get their cheesecake! And mygoodness it was fireworks to my taste buds! Dined in after a really long time here and as always great tasting food. Ordered their Avocado Egg rolls for the first time and... they were super tasty and melted in your mouth. Love how they have plenty of vegetarian options. Got their Evelyn's Pasta whichwere so flavorful! Lastly, had their heavenly Tiramisu Cheesecake! Their lunch portions are huge so order accordingly! I almost always find a reason to leave a good review. The server was very friendly, funny, and is the only reason for the two... stars. My first time at a cheesecake factory, we drove almost 3 hours one way. The steak was ordered medium rare, arrived likejerky. Burnt on one side. They offered to make another, and it too was way over cooked. And never came out until everyone elsewas done with their food, so he never got to eat dinner. One of my favorite restaurants, Cheesecake Factory has a wide range of food and drink options and the service here has always... been amazing. At this visit we got the grilled chicken and avocado club, fish tacos, and a slice of the "classic basque"cheesecake, which is a creamy and delicious "burnt-top" cheesecake. Portion sizes do run fairly large here, but it is easy tosplit main courses among family and friends. The only downside is that this location tends to get very busy during peak hours,and wait times can go up to one hour. As a reference, we went around 1 PM and had a 20 minute wait, but we have previously goneat 4 pm and it took an hour to be seated. I do think the wait is worth it, and I believe CF now takes reservations online sothat is worth checking out if you dont want to risk a wait. Regardless, they do send you a message on your phone when your tableis ready, and you are given a serving of brown and white bread with butter while you wait for your food to come out. I alsorecommend their Impossible Burger, their vegan option, as it tastes amazing too. Overall highly recommend as the service,ambience, and food are all great. Read more
