The one star is for the one decent thing that came out of my experience, which was the cappuccino, otherwise I would have felt... better giving zero stars. I used to be a big fan of Tim Hortons, but every single time I go here now (which is rare, and onlyhappens if Starbucks? line is too long), I?m extremely disappointed. If they?re not getting my order wrong, they are servingstale food. Every. Single. Time. The level of customer service at any Tims location is disgusting; the woman who took my paymentand gave me my food didn?t say a single word to me during the interaction. Just go to starbucks next store. the lady that does drive thru is super rude she screams at you which made tons of cars behind... me leave by how rude she was being. don?t be in customer service if you can?t be polite. also the food was very cold. don?twaste your time. this tim hortons would be better with better workers. The lady over the intercom can never hear you. My order always wrong. She tells me I?m not allowed to order different bread for... my sandwich. I don?t feel comfortable ordering here. I go to this Tim Horton?s almost every day. I use the drive through service and order a tea. Mary is usually the one taking my... order. She is so refreshing and kind to me as a frequent customer. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go two times. They are hard to understand and when you ask questions they... don't understand you. Both times I ordered a drink that was to be sweetened (1st time: caramel iced coffee and 2nd time: biebsbrew), but both times they gave me non-sweetened coffees. I even double checked the second time I went, but it still cameunsweetened. I have not had problems at other Tim Hortons. Do not go here. They don't know their own menu items. I was travelingboth times, and I didn't know until already on the road. So I couldn't go back and I couldn't just stop somewhere and add sugar,since it's a cold drink. Worst Tim Hortons around. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese with bacon on an English muffin ? was not given any egg on my sandwich I called to complain and... they didn?t answer the phone.
