Most of their smoothies taste like powdery drinks with a hint of flavor to me no matter what location I visit. However, a friend... of mine put me on to a Bahama Mama drink. When he ordered it, it was made well and delicious! Listen...I tried ordering it...itwas made poorly. One September evening at 8.15pm, I ordered two smoothies (one being the Bahama Mama and the other was sunnyside up...sunshine moonshine...something). Anyway, what I ordered didn't taste like the flavor description. The consistency wasrunny and to be frank the flavor tasted like tree bark. This location closed at 9pm, and the lobby looked to be closed. Ishould've known not to place an order then...but it was 45 mins before closing. Long story short, everything tastes better whenit belongs to someone else. And don't order anything when the lobby looks closed. Read more
I work just down the road and order food frequent from this location, despite orders begging wrong over and over again. I always... check my receipt to make sure it correct when i pick up. But when i open my meal, a dressing is wrong, it?s missing ingredients,etc. I only have a half hour lunch which makes it impossible to turnaround and ask them to redo my order. definitely will befinding a new location to order from. Not even kidding I just watched one of their employees wipe up the floor with a rag. Then go to wiping the counters down around... all the ingredients. Totally disgusting and nasty. This should not be acceptable. Anything used on the floor to clean up a spillshould never be used to clean food areas. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. JUST GROSS!!!!!!!!! When you order the new grilled cheese and get this sloppy, chicken filled, pile of s*it! Dudes making the food were rude af when... I asked about the retired smoothies. The girl working was NOT rude, and answered my question. I was at this location at about1:30pm on 12/01/21. I suggest you have a word with the staff on duty at the time. Read more
First time ordering the corn as a side. Was disappointed at the amount that came with it. Not sure if this is a standard side... order of it, but it was about 2-3 bites. Was excited to try, but definitely won?t be getting it again. Read more
My order was completely wrong after the girl at the register repeated how I wanted my food to the grill person right in front of... me . Received chicken when I asked for turkey ! The chicken was also cold !! Did not get receive my 2 chips. I came right beforeI had to clock in for work. I called and spoke to whoever is on shift for 11/9 at 6:40 and was told well you can come back orcome tomorrow & you normally grab your own chips but sorry we ain?t tell you that? . I will be there tomorrow for the correctsandwich and my chips . This is not the first time my order has been completely wrong and food cold . Read more
