Went to pick up my online order and my smoothie didn?t taste like it usually does?.(I order the same smoothie at every Cafe... between downriver and novi, the same way so I know how it looks and taste.) Ask staff to remake it and they said they made it asrequested and that I was accusing the of lying about making it correctly, didn?t think it was that big of a deal when twoemployees began to argue with me about a remake. When I asked for a refund the young lady told me not to come back to the store.This is the second issue I had with the little girl? I have to say, the staff here is phenomenal. Picked up an order the other day and, despite clearly being short-staffed (I think... there were only two people working) and flooded with online orders as well as several in-store customers, they were stillextremely polite and pleasant to deal with, and my order was fantastic. I know it's not an east environment out there right nowbut you rocked it, keep up the good work!! Read more
On this particular day. ( could be the luck of the draw. Don't typically have any issues or signs of concern) I was with my mom... and she orders her her wrap with a kale slaw. I ordered the jerk chicken and chips. We sit down and wait. I realized I didn'tget my chips so I go back to the front and tell the young guy I didn't get the chips. He says ok and I get some. We get ourmeal, once we get to the car realizes she does t have her kale slaw. Go inside and the guy says "we are out of the slaw, herehave some chips". Nothing against him or anything but it would of been helpful if when placing the order to know that bit ofinformation. Also the countertop had tons of dropped fruit on it. Staff is super friendly and I've had nothing but good service at this location. However, the 3 star review here is for the sign... I read on the wall that said broken blenders will be taken out of employees' tips. It is illegal for an employer to steal tipsfrom employees. If you have an issue with staff messing with the blenders there are other ways to handle it, you DO NOT stealtheir tips. Not a good look. Read more
Love this location! Very clean and friendly atmosphere, always in and out never a long wait. Mask are required, once I left... mine and a male employee supplied one for me. I normally order the veggie smoothies they are sooooo delicious ???? especiallythe island green smoothies! I've also tried the wraps very good and ingredients taste fresh. I do believe they are open forcarry out and delivery. You can also order on the app and my order is always ready by the time I get there. They give numerouscoupons through the mail and app that's always awesome! Prices are reasonable the smoothies start at about $5 per 24oz smoothie.I love how everything they sell is healthy and delicious! During this time places like this are important. Read more
Love the smoothies and food mostly but when you get a salad and they send this to you... on top of not having the pickled... onions. But for 8 dollars hard to believe employees can get away with this type of food service. Without better training anddirection to serve the customer. Not just half A××sd.
