I placed order and got text saying they got my order, 6:20pm and I set the order for 7:15pm pickup. I got there and like always... order not ready, said please wait 10 mins or so. Waited and got my order by 7:35. Came home and opened up to eat and the chickenwings were cold, potstickers cold, fried rice dry. I put everything for reheat. This place is horrible and never any managersthere to speak to. All food is horrible and dry. It is not cheap food dollar plus for a piece of wing and not servedproperly. Good chicken but terrible customer service experience. I ordered 2 meals online and chose fries for both of them and selected... curbside pickup so I added a tip as well. I waited and saw that no one was coming when the time I was given had passed so I wentinside and told the person at the counter my name only for them to pickup the bags behind them and hand it to me... I justwanted to eat so I didn't bring up the curbside pickup and went back to my car only to find that there was no fries there butinstead 2 coleslaw sides. I then had to walk back inside and told them they gave me the wrong sides only for them to inform methey ran out of fries. They told me this AFTER I had already left which meant they just figured it'd be fine. The story doesn'tend there. They offered a partial refund for my troubles to which I accepted and later saw that they had only refunded me a fewcents... I know they don't go charging a penny each for their fries and I didn't get my tip back either. Very disappointed. Read more

I placed my order and everything was fine. I get a email saying my order was canceled cause the store was closed.. I called and... they were open. Then I asked them if everything was okay with my order and they said yes but backed up. I asked if I can pick itup and if the order will go through. She said yes and it'll be ready in 20 mins.. I get here and she shows me the reception andsaid a few more minutes. 30 minutes goes by and I ask her where my order is. She goes back to the kitchen. Come back.
