Why is this place so slow? The line is always backed up to the road, takes an hour to get food. I've been going to this McDonald's for the last couple of months. It gets nothing but worse starting from cold food to Saggy... cold fries . 90% of the timeThe shake machines not working. Absolutely the worst McDonald?s we?ve ever been to. We waited over an hour in the drive through. We got up to pay and they... didn?t even have our order ready or anything prepared. Worse than usual, ordered 4 sandwiches and two were wrong. Sent them back as we were still at the drive up. The person asked... twice how we wanted the sandwich and even cans back a third time to ask. Finally got them and again it was wrong got one ofthem. My daughter walked in and there was a line with no one being helped, the manager barking orders, 4 workers standingaround waiting for the orders... utter chaos. Drove out of my way to come to this McDonald?s because it says open 24 hours. Six cars online at the drive-through and I?m told... that they are closed till 2 AM? It?s 12:45AM, if they break for over an hour why doesn?t it say so on the website ?? Not manychoices when working at night? poor communication here. Read more
Service was quick for being in the lobby. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean and there are free refills. You can tell... the employees are happy. Seems like they take pride in their store. I would definitely eat there again. Read more
They say they are 24 hours open but it?s a lie once it hits 2 am good luck if you need to purchase food the staff inside will... never answer or they?ll say they closed for 30 mins I?ve been there at all hours of the night and it?s always a diff story.
