Received sandwiches smashed they didn?t put the right cheese on the sandwich. Messed up on all 3 sandwiches none were toasted.... Don?t recommend this subway tried calling to complain no answer. Read more

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch and Baja steak footlongs. Was very clear on the order and our receipt showed exactly what we... ordered. But the chicken sandwich had no bacon no onion and they added smashed guacamole that I did not want. The steak Sandwichhad very little steak no onion and added smashed guacamole we did not want! How hard is it to follow orders. The refcieot showedeverything we ordered but got shings we didn't want and left out things we wanted. Ridiculously stupid. Read more

I usually really like the workers but for the THIRD time in a row we have ordered online and got there to watch the last of the... ingredients we had Already paid for given to people who were doing walk ins...during covid while they are being asked to orderover the phone or online. Its kinda infuriating when I get there and watch 6 of the ingredients I paid for not bethere(understandable) or given to other people. I know ordering online doesnt guarentee the product will be at the store butcome on if I paid for it a freaking half hour ago. Pull my damn ingredients to the side. Read more

Ordering online catering or individual orders is very User Unfriendly. the site is awful. I have tried calling the store... directly, many many times without success. they don't answer their phone, EVER. I give up. I cannot get an order in and have toomany people to feed to walk in and stand there and order each sandwich. I will have to find other options. I've used thisrestaurant for a long time, it used to be great, but the last few months are impossible. I think the staff should care a littlemore rather than to let the phone ring and ring and ring and never pick it up. you lost a loyal customer who purchases foodweekly for the company. we do many groups and do not have time to mess around with this Read more
