I get that it's a McDonald's and expectations are incredibly low, but I've come here a few dozen times by now and it's horrible... at least ¾ of the time between the waiting, wrong orders, and why did they even build that order ahead lane if it neverworks? This place agitates me to the point where I'd rather go home and make a bland salad. Read more

10/15 0730 I came thru drive in window. For the second day in a row my iced coffee caramel special order was absolutely... perfect.This was only one of two McDonald's in the US to get my coffee correct. I had to had to come through a second time todayas I dropped my perfect coffee. The woman recognized my voice and order immediately. Between her and the gentleman at the windowthey provided a drink carrier and even sat the hot away from the cold. These two people need to be hired as U.S. trainers!Between your people being implacably service oriented and adults, this is the best McDonald's in the nation. (I also received 2of the best breakfast meals on 10/14). Read more

After picking up a to go order and getting halfway through my second cheeseburger I bit into a paper sticker. I called the store... as by this time I was 15 miles from the store. The manager, a female, first question was "well did you choke on it?" When shesaid "well I'm sorry" I asked what do you plan on doing about it. She stated I needed to return to that restaurant for them toissue a refund my on credit card. Explaining I was 15 miles away and was not returning for a less than 2 dollar refund simplydid not make sense. "Mam I am trying to help you but I can do anything unless you return to store" she discounted the fact thata foreign object was in my food. Stuck to the cheese. This wasn't simply a "No onions" mistake. Her tone and volume were notconducive to trying to rectify an issue. I understand as I work in retail we are understaffed and overwhelmed. Online it says it's open 24 hours...we are in the drive through right now and no one is answering. Now having to go to another... location. So if it's open 24 hours it would be GREAT for the employees to not ignore customers at night just because they don'tlike the night shift. Management needs to make some serious changes. Read more

Typically come here for lunch because it's so close, but not anymore. Professionalism among staff is poor and it shows towards... the customer if you listen. Fries are always either too hard or stale like I'm eating a chip, and sandwiches are messy. I'llfind somewhere else. Read more

The drive-thru was moving extremely slow, so I decided to go inside and order my meal to go. I waited a few minutes which was... fine, but when I got my order I went home and realized my double quarter pounder meal was only the regular quarter pounder mealwhen I paid for the double quarter pounder meal. Check your sandwiches and meals to make sure it is right before you leave here,otherwise you will end up all the way home with the wrong sandwiches and maybe wrong orders in general. I decided to edit thereview and give them a 3, because when thinking about it, it was partially my fault for not checking everything out beforeleaving. We couldn't order! Their a 24 hour mcdonalds and it's currently 1134pm and they said they where only serving fries and soda!!!... So upsetting. All the other mcdonalds in my area close at 10. So I drove an extra 10 minutes out of my way. So annoying ???? Read more

Normally I get pretty good service. Sometimes really good. However, last night I ordered a smoothie, and they gave it to me 80%... filled up. I asked the young man waiting on me if they could fill it all the way up. He looked at me like I was crazy. He saidwhat I got was 'normal'. I had to repeat myself and prod him to do it, before he finally was willing. Then he told me to pull tothe 3rd window. Then he gives me a smoothie at the same fill level. I didn't feel like arguing so I took it and left. The olderstaff that works there usually give good service, which keeps me coming back. This guy was a teenager, had an attitude and couldcare less about giving good service. I'll come back, but I won't order smoothies anymore, and hopefully I won't get thisteenager guy filling my order. Read more
