An extremely nice women was working the counter this morning taking orders around 6:15am. The only problem was she had a cough... she could not control that would hit her ever 30 to 60 seconds. I'm not overly paranoid about covid but I think someone who hasa cough should be wearing a mask which she was not. She ran my 13 bagels through the slicer and bag them all while coughing. Itwas an uneasy feeling. I almost walked away and said forget it but she was such a nice person I couldn't do it to her. I stopped eating here 2 years ago because they could not seem to figure out how to make their curbside pick-up work. Today, I... decided to give them another chance... big mistake! They still do not have a workable system. I arrived to find that they didnot have 2 of the 4 items that I'd ordered and paid for and I had to cancel the order. 1.- What?s the difference between Cup and Bowl? I see the same quantity but different recipient. If you guys charge more for... a?big one?, why you serve the same quantity? Or almost the same ????. This is terrible and frustrating. 2.- This is the bestproof that you guys don?t take the vegetables washing very seriously. 3.- I recommend a better training to your personnel.
