An extremely nice women was working the counter this morning taking orders around 6:15am. The only problem was she had a cough... she could not control that would hit her ever 30 to 60 seconds. I'm not overly paranoid about covid but I think someone who hasa cough should be wearing a mask which she was not. She ran my 13 bagels through the slicer and bag them all while coughing. Itwas an uneasy feeling. I almost walked away and said forget it but she was such a nice person I couldn't do it to her. I stopped eating here 2 years ago because they could not seem to figure out how to make their curbside pick-up work. Today, I... decided to give them another chance... big mistake! They still do not have a workable system. I arrived to find that they didnot have 2 of the 4 items that I'd ordered and paid for and I had to cancel the order. I wasted the time it took to order, thetime spent driving there and the time spent driving home. I won't be wasting time on tem again. Read more
Ordered their grilled cheese sandwich for delivery. Worse grilled cheese I ever had and I've had many. Called and talked to a... manager. She told me they aren't even grilled even though that's how Panera advertises it. Tasted like they put cheese between 2pieces of bread and microwaved it. Just awful. Took 2 bites and threw it out. More bad advertising from Panera I guess. Read more
Everything was made very well! The salad was fresh and everything was served super quickly. Definitely recommended for anybody... supercharging and needing somewhere to hangout for an hour or so. You can also get your hair cut or your eyes checked nextdoor. Lol Read more
Their sandwiches and their salads are pretty good. Just some normal Panera. Pretty quick service with not many people around.
1.- What?s the difference between Cup and Bowl? I see the same quantity but different recipient. If you guys charge more for... a?big one?, why you serve the same quantity? Or almost the same ????. This is terrible and frustrating. 2.- This is the bestproof that you guys don?t take the vegetables washing very seriously. 3.- I recommend a better training to your personnel. Thegirl in the front couldn't hear me, because she had his headphones on, and she never took them off. Also, I asked her singingabout the menu and she was completely lost, she had to call for help.
