Was running late this morning and am not familiar with this area. Chose the closest Starbucks to me not realizing it's not a... drive thru. There were several people in front of me and only one very pleasant barista. Already in a time crunch, I thought itwould be a long wait. I was in and out IN MINUTES, even with most of the customers ordering breakfast sandwiches along withtheir complex orders (mine included). Barista was efficient, professional and friendly. Micah was on point Sunday April, 10th in the morning when she managed a wrapped around line by herself. She was polite,... professional, courteous and got every order correct. I literally stood there for what seemed like forever to get my sandwich to go. I got my drink very quickly and asked the... gentleman who made my drink about the sandwich and he said it would come soon. Soon came and gone. Ordered 2 Iced Caramel cloud macchiatos and not only did they not do it right but they tried to say thats how it is. The foam... fell in literally 2 seconds. They did refund me for them but the refund does not make up for the attitude and very badexperience. An okay Starbucks, convenient location, but they do not accept any Starbucks rewards, and now they also do not accept the... starbucks rewards, the app gift OR cards?! What is the point? One of the best things about Starbucks is the use of their app toachieve rewards. This location previously took the app and gift cards, but did not accept rewards, which was annoying, but not adeal-breaker, however, their refusal to use the app AT ALL now is outrageous. Read more
