We stopped in 10/14/22 for the Handcrafted Burger promo & were told that they had no buns. Ok stuff happens but the young kid... host needs hospitality training. Two older ladies were waiting to be greeted in a almost empty restaurant. He informed us theywere short on servers & that we should sit in the waiting area that was cold. I asked why can't we be seated & well wait for theserver. He said "I don't make the rules". We had to change our menu choices when we specifically went for the promo. Food was really good, our server did an amazing job. I cannot think of the servers name but he did great! He checked up on us... everytime, he heard and took care of our requests. Drinks were awesome as well. Read more
The food was delicious as always. We were very understanding of the staffing issues which is more than I can say about the... couple that made a scene and walked out on their bill. Keep up the good work. The powder added to the boneless classic buffalowings was a bit too much though, but otherwise I loved them. Read more
No greeter inside so I sat myself at the bar. Walked into a conversation with a server and the bartender. Server asked if I'd... like to "buy this this person" Server was Caucasian, bartender was African American. You see where this is going....bartender was not pleased. I responded with "I don't approve of selling people. " Other issue.... aside from the napkin thatthe utensils came in, I had to ask numerous times for extra napkins. Ever so sorry that I got the full rack of ribs andrequired more than one dainty napkin. I travel for a living and unfortunately, the neatest restaurant to my hotel is usuallyan Applebee's. Food here was good. Service was less so. Someone in this organization that is higher up should come hereundercover to witness the shenanigans that goes on here. This is no way to run a business! The food was good but we were placed in a section that was not being serviced which caused an extended wait to be served. After... notifying the staff they did shift things around to get us served. The gentleman that was assigned to us was very attentive andhumble. This error fell on the host but was corrected by our server. No manager came to apologize for the mishandling of ourfamily. A solid "meh" experience - food was palatable, service left quite a bit to be desired - after a substantial wait, we got our... food before we even got water to drink... Usually one expects the opposite. The plus was it was relatively cheap. Go in with lowexpectations, and you won't be too disappointed. Read more
