Roast beef classic is my favorite. And the gyros are very good
Manager on duty on 7/29/22 at approximately 4pm. Was literally yelling and berating her employees in front of customers. Was not... a good look for the company. I would rate the general staff and food 5 stars but to see a supervisor clapping in the face of heremployees was hard to see. Keep in mind there were a total of 4 customers inside the restaurant. There was a steady flow of carsin drive thru so I'm sure it was busy but you would've thought she was a drill sergeant leading her troops on d-day. I genuinelyfelt bad for the employees. At the speaker you hear "Thanks for stopping at Arby's, we're so glad you're here!" And it works all the way to the window. Good... food happy staff (at least to the public) and that makes happy customers to the staff - they need to be treated well Read more
Remodeled Arby's in Franklin was clean and we loved the new look, new bathrooms etc. Service was fast, they seemed to have... plenty of employees. There's a reason we go to Arby's for roast beef. The new burger they have on menu was less than stellar.Stick to what ya do best!! Warm cookies..mmmm! Read more
Arby's The Way It Should Be! This is the best Arby's around. The food tastes great and is always prepared right. CLEAN! The... place is spotless and even the bathrooms are immaculate (this is very important). I drive nearly 60 miles just to eat here,because the food tastes like it used to back in the 70's and 80's when I was a kid. Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurantand this one is definitely worth the trip. Read more
