My husband and I arrived and were seated at 6:00 pm. A server did not even come around with water, silverware or to greet us... until 6:15 pm. We ordered right away, and it wasn?t until twenty-five minutes later at 6:40 pm that we received our appetizer(chips and salsa?nothing extravagant that should have taken that long). My husband had also ordered six wings, and I got asmall order of cauliflower wings. That?s it. Nothing hard. We ordered this at the same time that we ordered our appetizer. Wedidn?t receive our actual food until 7:05 pm. It took an hour and five minutes from the point we sat down until we received ourfood?absolutely unacceptable. There was another table that was seated about five minutes after us, and when we left an hourlater they had not received their food and had only been seen by their server once to give them drinks. No refills, silverwares,check-ins to see if they needed anything. Another table next to us left after they sat for about twenty-minutes without anyonecoming to greet them. The place was also disgusting. During the duration of our stay there were four tables dirty withfood/plates. Not a single table was cleared or wiped down for the entire hour and five minutes. The whole time we were there, sowe?re the nasty food covered tables. Also, please don?t add your generic, ?we?re sorry you had a bad experience, please contactus,? response. This Wild Wings is so much better than the St. Augustine Florida location. In Wisconsin they are still serving chicken sized... wings. Not dove size!! Read more
10-12-22. I went in for a take-out order. The hostess was super nice, and service was reasonably quick. When I got the food... home, it was terrible. Boneless chicken wings that were hard and room-temperature. I believe they gave me a lunch order that wasnever picked up and sold to me several hours later. There is no way they were freshly prepared. I chose not to drive back andcomplain, not having the time. I tried to choke down a few, but my jaw started to ache. I had to throw the rest away. Hostesses we?re somewhat rude and largely absent from the front, (had to wait 5+ minutes before I even saw any signs of life).... Be careful ordering off the website, because it will change the pick up time on you without informing you. When I asked thehostess when the food will be done by, (at the original pick up time), instead of a helpful answer they just said ?we have untilX time?. When I said the original pick up time was now when I placed the order, not later, they dismissed me with a ?it?s not myproblem.? The actual food was greatly disappointing. The tater tots were mushy instead of crispy, almost as if they had sat outfor an extended period of time after they were fried with barely any cheese on them, and their new ?bird dawg? had the smallestchicken tenders I have ever seen anywhere. It?s smaller than a hot dog, with barely any breading, and extremely unsatisfying.(See below, THEN compare to what they show on the website.) It was drowned in sauce that was strangely spicy, despite the factit was just beet cheese sauce and honey mustard. It?s quite frankly a rip off. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Waited 45 minutes for food and this is the dog food that was served. Not even all our... party got their food. Excuse for the burned food we got was it was a new batch of potato wedges....... I'm sure that's why thesprinkled cheese was a charcoal mess. STAY AWAY! Read more
Thunderstorm night so we wanted to order some sort of delivery, to avoid driving in the storm. BWW showed a delivery option on... their website to our house so we decided on that. After an hour goes by where the ?food tracking? option still doesn?t say thatour food is getting made, we decided to give them a call to make sure that they received the order. We were transferred to themanager when finding out that they don?t do delivery at this location. When we asked about this, the manager was extremelyhostile repeating that he does not do delivery at this location. Manager tells us that we will need to come pick it up. Okay,fine, whatever, we can come grab our food but can we please get a refund for the delivery fee and delivery driver tip. Againhostile. It was not our mistake, it was the corporate website mistake, but sure be rude to the customer. ? So fast forward todriving there and picking up our order in the storm: We walk in and I immediately get a text from door dash at that moment,saying that someone is approaching our house. ? The manager (believe his name is junior?) approaches and we tell him that wereceived a text from door dash. He proceeds to tell us that he ?never said you have to come get it?. Lying to our face and beingincredibly rude AGAIN. Door dash calls me in that moment asking where to drop the food. The manager says ?door dash doesn?thave your food, I have it right back here? lying to us again. He walks in the back and never shows his face again. Hot head,own up to your mistakes and APOLOGIZE. You are in customer service, not fighting with your girlfriend. ??anyways: So a newmanager shows up (Dorian) making us explain the entire situation again, claiming he is unaware of anything going on. Great place for drinks, burgers, and of course the wings while watching the Brewers game. The food was delicious and our... waitress was great. It took awhile for the food to arrive, but that's the only negative. Read more
Worst BWWs. Ordered carribean jerk boneless wings and there was hardly any sauce on them and they were cold...I also waited an... hour for my order. But at least the hatch queso was warm. Read more
